積水ハウス・リート投資法人が、世田谷区にある住宅を売却する。 売却する物件は、東急田園都市線三軒茶屋駅より徒歩4分に位置する、2008年竣工、13階建の単身者向けマンション。2020年12月末時点の稼働率は91.7％。売却額は9.65億円。売却先は非開示。本売却により売却益129百万円を見込むが、一部を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。 なお、本物件は積水ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人との合併時に承継した資産であるため、会計上と税務上の簿価が異なり、税会不一致が生じるが、一時差異等調整積立金を取崩し、課税を回避する。
