積水ハウスリート投資法人（SHR）が、京都のホテルと仙台の住宅を取得する。2物件ともにスポンサーである積水ハウスグループの開発物件。2物件の取得額は計51.85億円。 京都のホテルは、京阪本線三条駅より徒歩6分に位置する、2013年10月竣工、5階建の「ザ・リッツ・カールトン京都」。総客室数は134室。SHRは2019年1月に共有持分40％を取得済であり、今回持分9％の追加取得により、全体の49％を保有することとなる。積水ハウスグループであるSHホテルシステムズと固定賃料+歩合賃料の賃貸借契約を締結する。 仙台の住宅は、仙台市営地下鉄大町西公園駅より徒歩6分に位置する、2006年竣工、13階建の単身者向けマンション。総戸数60戸。積水ハウスグループと賃料固定のマスターリース契約を締結する。 本物件取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。 仮に新型コロナウイルスの影響によりザ・リッツ・カールトン京都の追加取得部分の歩合賃料が減少した場合、内部留保を取崩し分配金を維持する方針。
