積水ハウス・リート投資法人（SHR）が浜松プラザの準共有持分を売却する。 売却する物件は、静岡県浜松市にある商業施設。SHRは合併前の積水ハウス・レジデンシャル投資法人より本物件の持分を承継した。本物件全体の主要テナントであるイトーヨーカドーが2015年に退店後、共有者である積水ハウスと再生計画を進める一方、本物件全体を一括で外部に売却することを検討していた。 SHRの持分の売却額は27.99億円。これにより売却益7百万円が発生する見込み。 売却益が発生したことにより、第8期（2018年10月期）分配金は負ののれんの取崩し額が減少する見込みだが、業績予想の修正はなし。 なお、本物件の売却に伴い、ポートフォリオから商業施設がなくなった。引き続き住居とオフィスビルを中心にホテルを組み入れる方針を固める。
