積水ハウス・リート投資法人が、第6期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「ガーデンシティ品川御殿山」「本町ガーデンシティ」を追加取得した。これにより、前期比10.3％増益。投資口数が8.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,710円と前期を1.8％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは6物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,007億円、有利子負債比率は40.7％。 第7期（平成30年4月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、支払利息等の増加により、前期比0.3％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,700円となる見通し。 第8期（平成30年10月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比0.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,680円となる見通し。
