積水ハウス・リート投資法人が、第5期（平成29年4月期）決算を発表した。 第5期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比2.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,663円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは6物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,795億円、有利子負債比率は40.8％と前期と変動なし。 第6期（平成29年10月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「本町ガーデンシティ」のセントレジスホテル大阪、「ガーデンシティ品川御殿山」を追加取得。 これにより前期比9.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が8.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,700円と前期を1.4％上回る見通し。 第7期（平成30年4月期）1口当たり分配金も2,700円となる見通し。また有利子負債比率は40.8％と増資前と変わらない見通し。 2014年12月上場後2年半年で資産規模2,000億円を達成、また初のホテルを組み入れた。今後もスポンサーである積水ハウスの物件パイプラインを活用し、中期的な目標として資産規模3,000億円を目指しポートフォリオ分散を図る。
