積水ハウス・リート投資法人が、第2期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第2期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、本町ガーデンシティを取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加や運用期間が6ヶ月間となったことから、前期比92.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,458円となった。期末のポートフォリオはオフィスビル4棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,529億円、有利子負債比率は41.0％。第3期（平成28年4月期）は、固都税の増加等により、営業利益ベースでは0.9％減益を見込むが、支払利息の減少等により、当期純利益は前期比0.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,460円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成28年10月期）は、固都税の増加等により前期予想比2.0％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,410円となる見通し。
