積水ハウス・リート投資法人が第1期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は上場日からの149日間。上場時予想に対し、賃貸収益の増加及び借入コストの減少により10.8％増益、1口当たり分配金は1,603円となった。期末のポートフォリオは3棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は1,143億円、有利子負債比率は42.5％。第2期（平成27年10月期）は投資口の追加発行を行い、本町ガーデンシティを取得。これによる賃貸収益及び上場時に取得した物件の6ヶ月稼働が寄与し、前期比89.7％増益を見込み、投資口数が25.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は2,420円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成28年4月期）1口当たり分配金は2,440円となる見通し。
