積水ハウス・リート投資法人（SHR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。昨年12月上場後僅か5ヶ月での増資となる。発行口数は154,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,800口。これにより発行後の投資口数は25.6％増の794,000口となる予定。調達額は約215億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、大阪市中央区にある本町ガーデンシティ。取得額386億円。これによりSHRの資産規模は33.8％増の1,529億円となる。これらに伴い、第1期（平成27年4月期）及び第2期（平成27年10月期）業績予想の修正、第3期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を発表。第1期は上場時予想比9.9％増益、1口当たり分配金は1,590円となる見通し。上記の増資及び物件取得が反映される第2期は、上場時予想比38％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は2,420円と10％上回る見通し。第3期は、前期予想比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,440円となる見通し。なお、増資により有利子負債比率は42.6％程度から40.6％程度へ低下する見込み。
