日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、第9期（2018年10月期）決算を発表した。 第9期における物件取得はなし。修繕費が減少する一方、外部委託手数料の増加等により、前期比1.3％減益。減価償却費の33％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,130円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は193億円、有利子負債比率は46.5％。 併せて東京都狛江市の有料老人ホームを取得することを発表した。物件は、小田急線喜多見駅より徒歩12分に位置する、2017年竣工、3階建、総室数59室。稼働率は100％。共有持分の30％を取得する。取得額は3.9億円。 第10期（2019年4月期）は、本物件取得による収益が寄与し、前期比3.1％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,230円と前期を2.4％上回る見通し。 第11期（2019年10月期）は、減価償却費の増加により前期予想比0.3％減益を見込むが、利益超過分配金を増加し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,230円と前期と同額となる見通し。
