日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、第7期（平成29年10月期）決算を発表した。 第7期における物件取得はなし。減価償却費や固都税の増加により、前期比2.1％減益。減価償却費の32％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,124円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は193億円、有利子負債比率は46.2％。 第8期（平成30年4月期）は、減価償却費や水光熱費の増加により、前期比1.0％減益を見込む。減価償却費の32.1％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,100円となる見通し。 第9期（平成30年10月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も4,100円となる見通し。
