日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、第6期（平成29年4月期）決算を発表した。 第6期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働により、前期比1.1％増益。当期減価償却費の31％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,143円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は193億円、有利子負債比率は46.1％。 第7期（平成29年10月期）は、減価償却費や固都税の増加により、前期比2.8％減益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,100円となる見通し。 第8期（平成30年4月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も4,100円となる見通し。 投資口価格の低迷により外部成長が難しい状況だが、スポンサーによるブリッジファンド組成や、開発案件、運営会社の合併による売却案件等を活用し、外部成長を図る。
