日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、第5期（平成28年10月期）決算を発表した。 第5期は「そんぽの家西田辺駅前」を取得。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税や投資主総会費用の増加により、前期比5.4％減益。当期減価償却費の32％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,106円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は193億円、有利子負債比率は46.0％。 第6期（平成29年4月期）は、前期に取得した1物件が通期寄与する一方、修繕費や減価償却費の増加により、前期比0.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,100円となる見通し。 第7期（平成29年10月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も4,100円となる見通し。
