日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、第4期（平成28年4月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、岡山及び高松の有料老人ホーム及びサービス付高齢者住宅計4棟を取得。これにより前期比30.1％。投資口数が22.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,295円と前期を5.6％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは21物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は186億円、有利子負債比率は44.6％。第5期（平成28年10月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税の増加等により、前期比6.7％減益を見込む。減価償却費の31.8％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,060円となる見通し。続く第6期（平成29年4月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も4,060円となる見通し。
