日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、第3期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、埼玉の有料老人ホーム2棟、札幌の有料老人ホーム1棟の計3棟を取得。固都税や減価償却費等の増加により営業利益ベースでは前期比8.6％減益だが、前期の上場費用がなくなったことから当期純利益は24％増益。当期の減価償却費の31％に相当する利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり実績分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,067円となった。期末のポートフォリオは17棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は160億円、有利子負債比率は49.8％。第4期（平成28年4月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、岡山及び高松の有料老人ホーム及びサービス付高齢者住宅計4棟を取得。これにより前期比21.5％増益を見込む。減価償却費の32％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,060円となる見通し。続く第5期（平成28年10月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も4,060円となる見通し。
