日本ヘルスケア投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は12,130口。オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,070口。また上場前から投資口を保有していた投資ファンド2社が売出し合計18,500口を行う。これにより追加発行後の投資口数は25％増の76,000口となる予定。調達額は約28億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、岡山市及び香川県高松市の有料老人ホーム、サービス付高齢者住宅の計4棟。運営会社は香川県の不動産会社である穴吹興産のグループ会社。4棟の取得額は計25.5億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は16％増の186億円となる。これらに伴い、第4期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を修正。上記4棟取得が寄与し、前回予想比25.7％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,000円と前回予想を1.3％上回る見通し。併せて第5期（平成28年10月期）業績予想を発表。第4期と同様に1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,000円となる見通し。
