日本ヘルスケア投資法人（NHI）が第2期（平成27年4月期）決算を発表した。NHIは上場前に私募で8棟を運用しており、2014年11月5日に国内初のヘルスケア施設特化型REITとして上場し、新たに6棟を取得した。上場時の予想に対し、資産運用報酬や支払利息が減少したことにより、予想比13.4％増益。当期の減価償却費の35.8％に相当する利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり実績分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,471円となった。期末のポートフォリオは有料老人ホーム14棟、資産規模（取得額計）は133億円、有利子負債比率は42.3％。第3期（平成27年10月期）は、埼玉県の有料老人ホーム2棟を取得。固都税の増加等により営業利益ベースで11.1％減益を見込むが、前期の上場費用がなくなるため、当期純利益は前期比19.6％増益を見込む。減価償却費の31.0％の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,950円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成28年4月期）の1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）も3,950円となる見通し。
