日本ヘルスケア投資法人のIPO発行価格が、仮条件148,000円～150,000円の最高値である150,000円に決定した。証券会社の手数料を差し引いた発行価額は144,000円。これにより上場時の調達額は第三者割当増資を含め、約59億円となる予定。これにより第2期（平成27年4月期）業績予想は、当期純利益126百万円を見込む。減価償却費の約36％を利益超過分配とし、利益超過分配金を含む1口当たり分配金は2,900円となる見通し。第3期（平成27年10月期）は、固都税が費用化する一方、支払利息の減少や上場費用がなくなることから、前期予想比43.7％増益を見込む。減価償却費の約34％を利益超過分配とし、利益超過分配金を含む1口当たり分配金は3,750円となる見通し。
