大和証券グループが日本ヘルスケア投資法人を設立へ

大和証券グループが日本初のヘルスケア施設特化型のREITを設立することを発表した。現在、大和証券グループは上場REITである大和証券オフィス投資法人、非上場REITである大和証券レジデンシャル・プライベート投資法人の2つのREITを運営する。大和証券グループ会社である大和リアル・エステート・アセット・マネジメント株式会社は、ヘルスケアに特化して投資事業を行うAIPジャパンとアドバイザリー契約を締結し、日本ヘルスケア投資法人を2014年1月に設立し、2014年中の上場を目指す。投資対象は、高齢者施設住宅、医療施設とし、なかでも有料老人ホーム、サービス付高齢者向け住宅等を主要に投資する予定。
