インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が上場廃止予定に伴い業績予想を取り下げ

インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）が、10月8日開催予定の投資主総会にて投資口の併合を議案とすることを発表。本議案が承認されれば、IOJは上場廃止基準に該当することとなり、11月10日に上場廃止となる予定。 併せて営業期間を5月1日～翌年4月末までの1年間に変更する予定。 これに伴い、第15期の営業期間は2021年5月1日～2022年4月末迄となること、また決算期が上場廃止後となるため、公表済の第15期及び第16期の業績予想を取り下げ、未定に変更する。
