インベスコグループによるインベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人の投資口公開買付が成立

インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）のスポンサーであるインベスコグループによるIOJの投資口公開買付（TOB）が成立した。 買付予定口数の下限4,761,794口に対し、応募口数は5,727,676口（発行済投資口数の65.07％）となった。 なお、当初予定通り、インベスコグループはIOJの投資口全てを取得する方針で、投資口併合を議案に含む臨時投資主総会の開催をIOJに要請する予定。投資口併合によるスクイーズアウト（少数投資主排除）を行い、IOJは上場廃止となる予定。
