スターウッド・キャピタル・グループが、インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）の投資口公開買付（TOB）の条件を再度変更した。 公開買付価格を21,750円から22,500円に更に引き上げるとともに、買付予定口数の下限を55.27％から50％へ引き下げる。買付期間は6月15日迄と変更なし。 再変更した背景に、現在の投資口価格が変更前の公開買付価格21,750円を上回っていること、当初の公開買付期間（5月24日迄）に変更前の買付口数の下限55.27％に達しなかったことを理由とする。 公開買付価格22,500円は、IOJのスポンサーであるインベスコグループが予定している公開買付価格と同額となる。
