インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が投資口公開買付の緊急差止命令の申立てに関する申入書を提出

スターウッド・キャピタル・グループが、インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）の投資主公開買付（TOB）に関するIOJからの質問状に対し、回答書を公表した。 TOB価格がNAVの観点から公正かつ適性である点、投資主併合を伴うスクイーズアウト（少数投資主排除）の買収手続きに強圧性がない点、本回答書も含め投資家の判断に必要な情報及び期間を提供している点等の主張により、IOJが要求するTOB期間の延長を拒否した。 これに対し、IOJは、金融庁、証券取引等監視委員会、関東財務局宛に、本TOBの緊急差止命令の申立てを求める申入れを行った。
