スターウッド・キャピタル・グループが、傘下の投資ファンドを通して、インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）の非上場を目的として、投資口全てを対象とする公開買付を行うことを、6日、正式に公表した。 スターウッド・キャピタル・グループによれば、非上場REITの方が長期的な価値向上に向けた資本政策を実行することが出来るとしている。 公開買付価格は1口当たり20,000円。公開買付期間は4月7日～5月24日、決済の開始は5月31日。発行済投資口数の3分の2以上を成立の条件とする。 これに対し、IOJは内容精査の上、速やかに見解を公表する予定。
