インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が、渋谷区のオフィスビルを売却する。 売却する物件は、渋谷区千駄ヶ谷に位置する、2008年竣工のオフィスビル。2021年10月に主要テナントが退去予定であること、鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できる点等を考慮し、売却を決定。売却額は37.5億円。売却益132百万円は全額分配する。また売却代金の一部を借入金の返済に充当する。 これに伴い、第14期（2021年4月期）業績予想を修正。 上記売却益132百万円計上に加え、コロナ禍による減収分が想定を下回ることによる108百万円の増収を見込み、6月に公表した業績予想に対し7.7％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金は399円となる見通し。
