インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。 発行口数は243,700口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は12,200口。これにより発行後の投資口数は3％増の8,899,256口となる予定。 調達額は39億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金とする。 取得する物件は、横浜市及び東京都文京区に位置するオフィスビル計2物件。取得額は計81.4億円。これによりポートフォリオの規模は3.7％増の2,282億円となる。 併せて第11期（2019年10月期）及び第12期（2020年4月期）業績予想を発表した。 第11期は、上記2物件の賃貸収益が寄与する一方、前期に売却したCSタワーアネックスの物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比4.8％減益を見込む。投資口数増加により、1口当たり分配金は374円となる見通し。 第12期は、上記2物件の通期稼働により、前期予想比1.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は381円となる見通し。
