インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）がCSタワーアネックスを売却する。 売却する物件は、JR浅草橋駅より徒歩8分に位置する、1991年竣工、18階建の住宅施設。IOJはオフィスビル棟と住宅棟を併せて保有しているが、住宅が主要な投資対象ではないこと、現在のマーケット環境から買い手需要が高いこと、築年数経過による将来的な運用コスト等を勘案して、住宅棟の売却を決定した。売却先は千代田スバック。売却額は5.5億円。簿価との差額は約2億円。 これにより第10期（2019年4月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却益148百万円や既存物件の増収により、12月に公表した業績予想に対し6.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は404円となる見通し。
