インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年ぶり。 発行口数は2,128,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は51,900口。これにより発行後の投資口数は33.7％増の8,643,356口となる予定。 調達額は約300億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「西新宿プライムスクエア」等、オフィスビル4物件、取得額は計600億円。3月公表した物件入替えを含め、ポートフォリオ全体の規模は36％増の2,204億円となる。 これらに伴い第8期（平成30年4月期）業績予想を修正。仙台本町ビルの売却益274百万円が寄与し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し7.8％増益を見込む。投資口8分割により、1口当たり分配金は391円となる見通し。 併せて第9期（平成30年10月期）業績予想を発表。上記4物件含めた5物件の賃貸収益、仙台本町ビルの残り売却益413百万円が寄与し、前期予想比45.5％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は426円と前期予想を9％上回る見通し。
