インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が自己投資口の取得を完了したことを発表した。 6月13日～7月10日に取引市場で計7,640口（発行済投資口数の0.94％）を取得。取得総額は約8億円。取得した投資口は、第7期（平成29年10月期）中に消却する予定。 これに伴い、第7期の1口当たり予想分配金を修正。消却後の投資口数が807,907口となり、1口当たり分配金は2,907円と前回予想より1.0％増加する見通し。
