インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）の資産運用会社が、運用ガイドラインを一部変更し、IOJの自己投資口の取得及び消却に関する規定を追加した。 自己投資口の取得及び消却は、平成25年の投信法改正によって解禁となった。投資口価格が1口当たり純資産額を大きく下回っている場合等に、投資口数を減らすことによって、1口当たり分配金を増加させる資本政策の手段の一つ。 IOJは現在投資口価格が1口NAVを下回って推移しており、今後自己投資口の取得及び消却が行われれば、J-REIT初の事例となる。
