インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）が、日本ビルファンド投資法人（NBF）が保有する「アクア堂島東館」を取得する。 物件は、JR大阪駅より徒歩10分、京阪中之島線渡辺橋駅より徒歩2分に位置する、平成5年竣工、19階建のオフィスビル（区分所有権の共有持分）。 NBFは平成16年に取得し約13年間運用した。IOJの取得額は19.1億円。本取得に伴うIOJの業績予想への影響はなし。 一方、NBFは売却額と簿価との差額222百万円を見込み、売却益が発生するが、内部留保を予定するため、業績予想への影響はなし。
