インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が、江東区のオフィスビルを取得する。物件は、JR錦糸町駅より徒歩7分に位置する、平成6年竣工、17階建のオフィスビル。6月に取得した優先交渉権を行使した。10月末時点のテナントは15社、稼働率は97.5％。取得額は151.45億円。 一方、晴海トリトンオフィスタワーZを売却する。隣接するY棟に入居する住友商事の本社移転計画に伴い、Z棟に入居する関連会社の退去リスクが想定されることから、売却を決定。売却額は101億円。簿価との差額は910百万円を想定し、売却益が発生する見込み。 これらに伴い、第6期（平成29年4月期）業績予想を発表。錦糸町プライムタワーの賃貸収益、晴海トリトンの売却益783百万円が寄与し、前期予想比28.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は3,523円となる見通し。
