インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は261,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は13,100口。これにより発行後の投資口数は50.6％増の816,810口となる予定。調達額は260億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「品川シーサイドイーストタワー」含むオフィスビル5棟、取得額は計492億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は47％増の1,542億円となる。これらに伴い、第5期（平成28年10月期）業績予想を発表。5棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比46.3％増益を見込むが、投資口数の増加により、1口当たり分配金は2,590円と前期予想を2.9％下回る見通し。なお、増資及び5棟取得後の有利子負債比率は47.7％程度を見込む。
