インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）が、合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。合同会社の対象資産は、仙台市青葉区にある、昭和59年竣工の「仙台本町ビル」。1月末時点の鑑定価格は52億円。IOJは匿名組合出資総額の約2.8％の持分を取得し、併せて平成30年1月末を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
