インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（IOJ）が、博多のオフィスビルを対象資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象資産は、JR博多駅より徒歩6分に位置する、平成4年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。10月時点の鑑定価格は45.7億円、還元利回りは4.9％。IOJは匿名組合出資総額の7.4％を取得し、併せて平成29年11月を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
