インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。昨年6月上場後初の増資となる。発行口数は104,300口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,230口。これにより発行後の投資口数は25.3％増の542,210口となる予定。調達額は約120億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、品川区西五反田と横浜市神奈川区新子安のオフィスビル2棟、取得額は計197億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は25％増の983億円となる。これらに伴い、第2期（平成27年4月期）業績予想修正、第3期（平成27年10月期）業績予想を発表。第2期は、当初予想に対し、水道光熱費、修繕費、支払利息の減少を見込み、前回予想比8.8％増益、1口当たり分配金は2,500円となる見通し。投資口追加発行、物件取得が反映される第3期は、前期予想比27％増収を見込む一方、平成26年に取得した物件の固都税計上により、前期予想比5.6％増益、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は2,105円と前期予想を15.8％下回る見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は、第1期（平成26年10月期）の45％から44.2％程度へ低下する見通し。
