インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人が本日東証に上場した。初値は108,900円と、IPO発行価格103,000円を5.7%上回った。6日に「恵比寿プライムスクエア」等オフィスビル4棟を取得し運用を開始。更に9月に「クイーンズスクエア横浜」を取得予定。第1期(平成26年10月期)は実質的な運用期間が148日間となるため、当期利益323百万円、1口当たり分配金は748円となる見通し。第2期(平成27年4月期)は6ヶ月通期稼働により、当期利益1,105百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,555円となる見通し。
