インベスコ・オフィス・ジェイリート投資法人（証券コード3298）が、6月5日東証へ上場する。スポンサーであるインベスコ・グループは米国を本拠地とし、20ヶ国以上で資産運用を行う独立系運用会社。本投資法人の運用を行う資産運用会社「インベスコ・グローバル・リアルエステート・アジアパシフィック・インク」は、インベスコ・グループの不動産部門であるインベスコ・リアルエステートの日本国内の運用を担当し、平成25年末時点約3,540億円の規模を運用する。本投資法人の投資対象は、大都市圏の大規模オフィスビル。上場時のポートフォリオは、「恵比寿プライムスクエア」等のオフィスビル5棟、取得額は計786億円。ポートフォリオ平均NOI利回りは5.3％。上場時に投資口411,000口を発行し、調達額は411億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは5月21日～5月27日。主幹事証券会社はSMBC日興証券と野村證券。発行価格決定日は5月28日。
