日本リート投資法人が、「メルヴィ洗足」等、住宅5物件、オフィス1物件の計6物件を売却する。いずれも今後の資本的支出の増加が懸念されること、償却後利回りがポートフォリオの平均を下回っていることから、売却を決定した。売却額は計66.2億円。 これにより売却益が発生する見込みだが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
