日本リート投資法人が、「日本橋プラヤビル」と「是空弁天」を売却する。 日本橋プラヤビルは、中央区日本橋浜町にある2009年竣工のオフィスビル。是空弁天は、大阪市港区にある2006年竣工の住宅。ともに内部成長余力及びエリアによる競争力低下を懸念し、売却を決定した。日本橋プラヤビルの売却先は京王電鉄、2期に分割して売却する。是空弁天の売却先はエー・ディー・ワークス。是空弁天は売却損が発生するが、日本橋プラヤビルの売却益と相殺する。 これに伴い第24期（2024年6月期）業績予想を修正。既に公表済の物件取得及び売却を併せて、売却損益1,040百万円を計上する。これにより2月に公表した業績予想に対し20％増益を見込む。売却益のうち477百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は9,541円と8.3％増となる見通し。 なお、日本橋プラヤビルの残り半分を第25期（2024年12月期）に売却するが、売却益の一部を内部留保するため、現時点で1口当たり分配金の修正はなし。
