日本リート投資法人が、物件入替えを発表した。 取得する物件は、「30山京ビル」等、オフィスビル1物件、住宅2物件、底地1件の計4物件、取得額は計56.52億円。 一方、売却する物件は、愛知県名古屋市にある住宅1物件。売却額は8.35億円。売却先は関電不動産開発。 これに伴い第23期（2023年12月期）業績予想を修正。上記売却物件の売却益192百万円が寄与し、8月に公表した業績予想に対し7.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,780円となる見通し。
