日本リート投資法人（NRI）が、匿名組合出資持分を取得する。出資額は50百万円。 対象となる不動産は、東京、大阪、名古屋に位置する住宅計6物件、鑑定価格は計48億円。 NRIは匿名組合出資を行うとともに、2023年7月末を期限とする、6物件の優先交渉権を取得する。 また東信東池袋ビルを売却することを発表した。売却額は14.8億円。売却は8月となる予定。2月に他の売却先と契約済であったが、その後より有利な条件の売却が可能となったため、旧契約を解約し、新たに売却を決定した。なお、旧契約の解約による違約金は発生しない。 本取引における業績予想の修正はなし。
