日本リート投資法人が、第15期（2019年12月期）決算を発表した。 第15期は、8物件の優先交渉権を目的とした匿名組合出資持分を取得した。 前期に取得した物件の通期稼働、既存物件の賃料増額が寄与するが、前期の物件売却益の反動減に伴い、前期比7.5％減益。1口当たり分配金は8,892円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは90物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,492億円、有利子負債比率は46.9％と、前期と変動なし。 第16期（2020年6月期）は、既存物件の賃料増額、水光熱費の減少等により、前期比1.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,002円となる見通し。 第17期（2020年12月期）は、引き続き賃料増額により、前期予想比1.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は9,102円となる見通し。 中期目標であった1口当たり巡航分配金9,000円の達成が見えてきたことから、今後は内部成長を軸に1口当たり分配金の年間成長3～4％を目指す。
