日本リート投資法人が、第14期（2019年6月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は、「亀戸アイマークビル」等5物件を取得、「FORECAST飯田橋」「マイアトリア名駅」を売却した。固都税、修繕費、資産運用報酬等が増加するが、物件売却益494百万円が寄与し、前期比12.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は9,617円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは90物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,492億円、有利子負債比率は46.9％。 第15期（2019年12月期）は、賃料増額により賃貸収益は増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比9.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,737円となる見通し。 第16期（2020年6月期）は、修繕費や支払利息の減少により、前期予想比0.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,805円となる見通し。 引き続き中期目標である1口当たり巡航分配金9,000円、また償却後利回り4.0％以上の物件取得を堅持しながら資産規模3,000億円達成を目指す。
