日本リート投資法人が、第10期（平成29年6月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、匿名組合出資持分を取得。稼働率の上昇、賃料増額改定、賃貸事業費用の減少等が寄与し、前期比5.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は8,217円と上場来最高額を更新した。 期末のポートフォリオは65物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,048億円、有利子負債比率は45.7％と前期と変動なし。 第11期（平成29年12月期）は、水光熱費や修繕費、支払利息が増加する一方、賃料増額やフリーレントの終了に伴い前期比0.1％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,224円となる見通し。 第12期（平成30年6月期）は、テナント退去に伴う減収により、前期予想比1.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は8,100円となる見通し。
