日本リート投資法人が、第8期（平成28年6月期）決算を発表した。 第8期は、匿名組合出資3件を行い、8物件の優先交渉権を取得。融資手数料や投資口発行費が減少する一方、固都税や資産運用報酬の増加により、前期比0.8％減益、1口当たり実績分配金は7,519円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは65物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,048億円、有利子負債比率は45.9％。 第9期（平成28年12月期）は、前期比2.6％増収を見込むが、前期に発生した消費税精算差額の一時収入がなくなること、修繕費や減価償却費の増加により、1.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,385円となる見通し。 第10期（平成29年6月期）は、修繕費や減価償却費等の減少により、前期予想比0.7％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,436円となる見通し。 なお、中長期的な目標として、取得時のNOI利回り4.5％（償却後利回り4.0％）を維持しながら、2018年～2020年を目処に資産規模3,000億円を目指す。
