日本リート投資法人が、第7期（平成27年12月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い「大宮センタービル」等オフィスビル11棟を取得。これにより前期比43％増益。投資口数が28.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,581円と前期を11％上回った。期末のポートフォリオはオフィスビル55棟、レジデンス8棟、商業施設2棟の計65棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は2,048億円、有利子負債比率は46.1％。第8期（平成28年6月期）は、投資口発行費用や融資手数料が減少する一方、テナント退去に伴う減収や固都税の増加により、前期比5.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,165円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成28年12月期）は営業利益ベースでは前期予想比2.7％増益を見込むが、前期計上の消費税精算差額の一時収入がなくなることや融資手数料の増加により、当期純利益は2.3％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,002円となる見通し。
