日本リート投資法人が、既に一部保有する合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を追加取得する。追加出資額は117.5百万円。これにより出資合計額は220百万円となり、匿名組合出資の持分割合は6.7％となる。今回対象となる不動産は、兵庫県神戸市にある、平成5年竣工のオフィスビル。鑑定価格は14.7億円。これにより、合同会社の運用資産は計3棟（鑑定価格合計約116億円）となる。3棟の優先交渉権の行使期限は平成30年2月末。
