日本リート投資法人（NRI）が、都内のオフィスビル及び大阪のレジデンスを運用資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。2棟の鑑定価格は計102.3億円。NRIは匿名組合出資総額の約3.7％の持分を取得する。併せて平成30年2月末を行使期限とする2棟の優先交渉権を取得する。
