日本リート投資法人が、第6期（平成27年6月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、33棟を取得。これにより前期比92.6％増益となるが、投資口数が倍増したことから、1口当たり分配金は6,827円と前期を4.0％下回った。期末のポートフォリオは54棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,579億円、有利子負債比率は45.6％。第7期（平成27年12月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い、11棟を取得。これにより前期比36.9％増益を見込み、投資口数が28.8％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は7,252円と前期を6.2％上回る見通し。続く第8期（平成28年6月期）は、固都税の増加等により前期予想比5.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,862円となる見通し。
