日本リート投資法人（NRIC）が投資口の追加発行を行う。NRICの公募増資は2期連続となる。発行口数は84,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は28.9％増の392,060口となる予定。調達額は268億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「大宮センタービル」等、オフィスビル11棟。取得額は計467億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は29.6％増の2,046億円となる。これらに伴い第7期（平成27年12月期）業績予想を修正。11棟取得による賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比30.5％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は7,319円と前回予想を1.2％上回る見通し。続く第8期（平成28年6月期）は、前期比増収となるも、固都税の増加等により前期比5.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,924円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は、第7期末45.0％程度、第8期末44.8％程度となる見込み。
